Bev LaPointe Memorial Scholarship For Women in Trades

WHO IS IT FOR?

Full- or part-time students who identify as female and who are pursuing training in the trades through an accredited college, university, vocational school, or apprenticeship program, and who are living in the KCDS service delivery area.

WHAT IS THE BEV LAPOINTE SCHOLARSHIP AWARD?

  • A scholarship in memory of Bev Lapointe, KCDS founding Board Chair and champion of women in the workplace
  • Financial support for individuals pursuing careers historically underrepresented by women
