  • Contact Forms: Name and email address 
  • Cookies and Analytics Tools: Usage data via Google Site Kit and WordPress analytics

  • To respond to service requests submitted via our contact form
  • To send newsletters and updates (with user consent)

  • For marketing and outreach purposes

WorkBC Services, Program Funders and Privacy Standards

Services conducted at our centers and information collected to conduct those services fall under the WorkBC privacy policy. You can review the WorkBC privacy policy at the following link: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/home/privacy. 

Application and participation in employment programs offered by KCDS may result in personal information being shared with third party funding providers. This information may include all information previously mentioned in this policy and is shared with the express purpose of providing service to applicants. Program funders can be found on the associated program page and usage of personal information by said funders is outlined in their organization’s own privacy policy.
