What is Fast Forward?
Fast Forward is a FREE employment program for young adults looking to find work in public-facing and customer support roles. These includes positions in:
- Healthcare
 - Customer Service
 - Retail Positions
 - Visitor Centre/Art Galleries
 - Front Desk
 - Hospitality (especially Hosts)
 - Recreation Leader (including Lifeguards, Camp Counsellor, Parks etc.)
 - And more!
 
This cohort incorporates equine-assisted learning, using horses to develop emotional growth, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Program Details

- Duration: 6 weeks
 - Location: Blend of in-person programming in Trail, with virtual sessions (please note that participants are expected to attend both in-person and virtual sessions as part of the program).

WHO CAN APPLY?
Candidates must be:
- Between the ages of 15 and 30 (inclusive) at the time of intake/selection
 - Be a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident or protected person legally entitled to work in Canada
 - Reside in the West and Central Kootenay region
 - Unemployed or underemployed
